<title>Earls Barton - ONE GIANT CAR BOOT SALE!</title>
			<link>http://www.bartontoday.org/articles/earls-barton-one-giant-car-boot-sale.html</link>
<description>Do you want to earn &amp;pound;60 (average for the 2007 event) by selling your unwanted items from the comfort of your own home???1. All you have to do at this stage is let us know if you are considering taking part by getting in touch with your name, address/house number and contact details at: www.ebayxs.moonfruit.comIf you don&amp;#39;t have internet access please contact us through Barton Today or drop a note through Farm Cottage letter box on London End (next to London End Farm). 2. A map will then be produced of the village with all the streets, locations of each household taking part, which will be sold two to three days before the event.3. You set your stall up in front of your house on the day, in your garden or wherever you like, as long as it is close to your address and not blocking the footpath or road (or on anyone else&amp;#39;s property!). Make sure there are a few welcoming signs - get the comfy chair and a coffee (or beer) out and before you know it - you&amp;#39;re a millionaire, well nearly&amp;hellip;4. For our part we will advertise in the papers, radio and of course, in Barton Today. However, if you can, please tell all your neighbours and encourage them to put out a stall as well - because last time those in clusters certainly attracted the major crowds (and traffic jams&amp;hellip; This year we already have a street with ten different households up for it! So speak to your neighbours and make it a Social September Sellout! 5. There is no catch to this. All we ask is &amp;pound;5 per household for each location. Each stall will have a vote for a charity of their choice and the charity with most votes takes the money. This also applies to the money from the map sales.6. The event will also be taking place at the same time as the Flower and Vegetable Show and Methodist Coffee Morning and the Fairtrade Day in the parish hall &amp;ndash; so together we should all pull in a great crowd from other parts of Northamptonshire! If you have any similar event or can think of a possible one do let us know - we will add it onto the map!
